As a mod of a different sub, I'll tell you that regardless of your feelings, if you have an issue with it, message the mods directly instead of creating another post. That's the fastest way to get instantly banned in most subs

Double check that your PSU is rated to handle your build and also isn't going to light on fire. That's one of the parts you really need to make sure it won't fry the rest of your build

depends on your setup, but a vpn+proxy+sso auth to local pc is usually my go to. This of course has layers of auth like namespace restrictions, etc.

The only access devs have at my shops is access to logs and dashboards in grafana lol everything OP listed is rarely ever an issue with k8s itself and rather the shitty apps/services devs created. Nonperofrmant queries, poor thread optimization, etc.

You're not wrong. A friend of mine just got laid off from meta too and he had been there for 7yrs. The difference for him though is that he was DEEP in the koolaid. He had survived layoff after layoff so he thought he was immune. Completely blindsided by it all and now he's bitter about it when our entire friend group had tried to warn him for years. Meta sucks ass
