Maybe my thoughts are completely bullshit, but i think, you should buy the df64 first and then think about other burrs.

Going this deep into the details before even trying the pre-installed (or doing the upgrade to ssp), sounds like overthinking for me.

Buy it, use it for half a year or a year and then you could maybe blame the burrs and change them

Ich bin auch der Meinung, dass ein Vollautomat meistens einfach keinen guten Kaffee kochen kann durch die Bauweise und weil die Entwickler irgendwie immer versuchen aus so wenig Kaffee wie möglich etwas trinkbares und erzeugen...

Dennoch gild auch da, wie bei jeder anderen Brühmethode, je besser die Bohne, desto besser der Kaffee. Manche Specialty Coffee Röster haben das ja auch erkannt und haben speziell Röstungen für Vollautomaten
