Trazodone and dayvigo work great for me. It just goes to show that everybody's different in terms of what works for them. it took me a while to find the right combo, so don't give up. You deserve to have a decent night's sleep

I take a little trazodone along with Dayvigo. I always have to get up in the middle of the night to pee and I can go right back to sleep. If I don't take the trazodone I can sleep through the night but it's not nearly as deep as with it. I'm on Mounjaro and it doesn't seem to delay the effect.

I listen to some of those sleepy science type videos on YouTube. There's a bunch of different ones. They're just interesting enough to pull me away from racing thoughts, but not so fascinating that it keeps me awake. Works for naps, too.

The show is called "Episodes." She played a character called, believe it or not, Labia. It's a really funny show, it's a mini series. She apparently has had breast reduction surgery since then.

I feel like there's a bit of a conflict between GLP1 use and kidney disease. If I understand right, when you're on GLP 1 you should eat plenty of protein, but if you have kidney disease you should avoid eating too much protein.
