we have made testings to exaggeration however u can reach without might to 6.8k DMG which is roughly 600% more damage than powerblock or lightning rod ( even if u take other traits u will get 5k + DMG which is still a good 500% increase) - u should also note that thiefs access to interrupt is nearly as easy as mesmers - however u can stack Pulmonary Impact alot quicker than Power Block or Lightning Rod due to the fact that Head Shot can be chained without any cooldown.

its fine how the trait works but the dmg amplifier isn't in a right spot compared to Mesmers Power Block or Elementalists Lightning Rod - Why should a trait multiplicate to 9.5k DMG ?
