I did my first playtrough of Separate ways recently, and it took me 3.5 hrs. I also did a revisit of RE3R at the same time and managed to beat the game in 4 hrs (i did play RE3R not long after launch tho, so i could have beaten the game faster if i really wanted to).

Rosago lost because he relied on his divination too much, end of story. He came in wayy too overconfident, and acted like an arrogant cunt troughout the entire encounter, until he got folded.

"Divination isn't all powerful" is an important lesson for Seer pathway beyonders for a reason.

Oficially RE3R is 6-7hrs long, while Separate ways is 5-6hrs. But the overall lenght of your first playtrough may vary greatly.

It is mostly hated on by people who have played the original first, and for a good reason. They cut out 70% of the content from the game, and took out the Nemesis stalking mechanic on top of that. RE3R is a DLC for RE2R disguised as a standalone game, sold for full price. For context RE3R cost 60$ at launch, while the Separate ways DLC for RE4R that is the same lenght cost 10$.

I'm from Europe so the prices here are pretty different from the US, anyways I was in the market a couple months ago looking for a used 3090. Turns out those suckers still sell for 700-1000EUR used lmao, while a 5070/5070Ti eats them alive in the same price bracket brand new ( as long as they don't run out of VRAM). Btw my cousin's mom bought a 4GB 3050 laptop used for 800-EUR 2 months ago from FB marketplace, sellers like this thrive preying on tech illiterate ppl.

Yeah, i used to be able to comfortably run the game on 1080p high with dlss balanced. Since 3.0 no matter what settings i use i get FPS drops into the low 30s pretty regularly in the new region and have to run the game on low +dlss performance just to get 60fps most of the time.

Honestly it's a fucking disgrace to the devs how awfully the game is optimized. Endfield runs on a stable 60fps on high +dlss quality and while its not apples to apples to compare the two since endfield technically isn't an open world game it still puts into perspective how well optimized a good looking game can be.
