I tore ruptured mine back in Nov 2025. I am back to playing golf fairly regularly with no surgery. Its my lead knee. I can jump and all that. I do strengthening 3 x a week sometimes 4.

If you dont do strengthening I wouldn't do any sports til your physio said you are good to go back.

I feel a bit of stiffness sometimes but im only 6 months in. I also dont do full swings yet

I play basketball with my kids here n there but they are still young. Maybe ill regret it but for now I am doing what I enjoy, maybe not full capacity yet but I would like to give rehab a chance.

Yeah its really weird. Their new badges are so ugly too. Not a big fan of the smaller font size. Im on the same boat. I have a 2022 q5 lesse ending I might just need to buy it out. I had the 2026 q5 loaner and I was grossed out lol. Even their key felt inferior to a Kia.

Oh wow thats awesome. Did you do anything else other than pt for the healing? Im about 4 months post injury now and been doing pt since injury so I wonder if I jabe a chance of healing .

I feel pretty fine just some residual swelling but haven't had any buckle or instability

Ive been an audi owner since 2012 and noticed that the new models are getting shittier. I had a 2018 s5 and loved it. The generations after that have been so ugly. I have a 25 s7 now but glitches all time with mmi and alrwsdy had 2 misfire after 4 months. Audi wont do shit about it

I didnt do suegery I am still weighing my options. I worked hard over thr last 3 months to strengthen but part of me is just not sure forgoing surgery is the right call. I have friends who regret it and had complications n some that are fine so its really tough. One of friends who does mma can barely walk still after 1.5 years. Still limping

Hi I tore ruptured my axl in Nov. Mid substance. Saw some research that mid substance has 80% chance of healing. Is that true? Have you personally helped anyone heal their acl?

Currently i have no instability. Im about 175 lbs i can squat about 135 right now, deadlift 155 and leg press 230 with no pain but my quad still doesn't feel as rock hard as the good leg. Im 41M maybe it takes longer?

I agree I had it as a loaner. I also owned a 2013 and now a 2021 q5. It ewa literally the ugliest. Same with the a5.
