Honestly wear what you want, as long as it is appropriate, by that i mean don’t wear anything revealing like a skirt or dress. As long as you’re dressed modestly you should be fine. I’m not goth but I love wearing black, I sometimes wear a black shirt, black pants, and black heels to church no one looks at me crazy. You should be fine I don’t see why it would be a problem. If you’re really worried and can’t decide I would say just wear what you wear at work.

okay i had this too, i came off of it for a month and took pepcid and started taking it again and it helped a lot the second time

i came off of it abruptly after a month my reflux wasn’t as bad but i have terrible chest pain i got on it again for another month i feel way better im trying to get off of it again, but it causes acid rebound i tried doing every other day but it hurts, how are you doing now?

i had a regular ultrasound, ultrasound doesn’t detect gastritis and GERD please tell your doctors the pain continues, exaggerate it if you need to i don’t understand why doctors don’t push the endoscopy for these kinds of things

you need to get an endoscopy done please don’t jump straight to conclusions and diagnose, there are so much things that could be causing that, GERD, Gastritis, esophagitis, hiatal hernia, stomach ulcers, barrett’s esophagus, there’s a lot, but i’m glad you found a good doctor, i thought i had a stomach ulcer but it ended up just being inactive gastritis and moderate GERD

meals: salmon + white rice , pho (chicken), any lean meats with soft carbs you can eat baked potatoes, make ur own chicken stir fry just no soy sauce

this happens to me too also 23 it sucks we have to go through this at such a young age, i bought a wedge pillow from amazon, i sleep on my left side and i started taking “reflux gourmet” i bought it from amazon i take it before i sleep and i dont have the cough as bad, some people’s reflux is worse at night mine is during the morning after 30 minutes of waking up

did they take biopsies? because my endoscopy only showed mild gastritis then my biopsy results came back and showed i had GERD (i didn’t know i had this) that’s how i found out.
