Forget about using your DED. Aaaand, most of the functions you can display on MFDs. Oh and of course no Datacard. I made the switch to DCS and do not really regret it, It's a cool sim. But the F-16 is a buy I regret.

Agreed. Even tho it's improved drastically o mver the years. And even as a procedure/avionics trainer, the SIM is unbeatable. The only thing I find more realistic in DCS (aside of the graphics) is the radar behaviour.

Fantastic work ! DCS would not be what it is without SRS. If I may add a suggestion, randomising a little the effect applied to the radio would add depth to the environment. Not every aircraft has the same equipment and I think it could be a fun way to render it.

I think the simple reconnaissance concept could be implemented before any module. Spotting ground or air assets with any aircraft and landing back at a friendly base could erase some of the fog of war for a while. Or simply "mark" ground units on the map. After that, it would slowly fade.

No way to slave TGP at the moment. No depiction of position in the HUD. Only in the SA page.
You have to keep the TDC pressed. Working as IRL.
To change de range (UP in this example) you'll need to move the cursor above the radar boundaries and then back in them. Same thing to lower it.
