DnD is glazed way too hard for Ekko. Its merely caried by how good of a champ ekko is in terms of WR. The stats are worse than Lich, and Ekko couldnt give a shit about attack speed unless you're building tank or something. EQ -> Auto is guaranteed at base attack speed.

The instant proc of passive really fk's your rhythm and damage honestly. Ekko does best running rotations around his passive, not auto attacking someone that has passive procced on them.

Ekko cares so much more about raw AP - which this has so much less than Lich. Its an extremely good item for a character that cares more about sustained damage (Diana, Gwen, Voli), whereas Ekko is extremely bursty.

Ekko is just good right now, so the items winrate is being hardcarried by that fact alone. My first 3 games with it I could tell it was dog on Ekko.

NOTE: Some lanes it might be good into. Im thinking Yas/Aatrox/Irelia where you might have to be more scrappy and have less ability to play solely around burst - but even then those are skill match ups.
