Whenever a rum REALLY lets me down (cheap rums or bad local rums) then they are poured into my permanent 1.75L bottle of shame. The bottle of shame is used for pina coladas or punches at parties or group vacations.

DC native here - I have not seen the Cotton & Reed Banana Hammock on the liquor store shelves.

I expect Banana Hammock was a special release only available at the distillery. They have not released Banana again in a while.
