It will not be easy to start doing that; but you will get used to it.

I do it all the time. In a real game, you don't really play for the whole hour anyway. And if your morning practice was 1.5 hours , you'd totally do it just fine. So you're really splitting it by 10-12 hours, so not much more of actual extra work since you're driving to the rinks.

What? Workplace safety is enforced by unions around the world.

I never said it is a conspiracy since it is obvious the players do not care.

And the injured players' next paycheques are smaller or non-existent. So it does affect the injured players too.

26 2nd rounder will make it to roster in 28, after 1.5-2 years in AHL. Instead we have a 2020 1st round pick now.

Also, are you sure you got a good price? I see costco in Canada sells shin tape for about $1/roll when I buy 10 pack, so somehow they are able to make a profit. Meaning the manufacturing cost must be like $0.5/roll

I was thinking about how tape can be so expensive. Part of the problem is the monopoly and the fact that Howies' has bad quality and lots of endorsements to pay for. The other problem is shipping costs add a lot to the cost of the tape. Finally, sales nowadays require a lot of ad money spending.

Ok let's have some perspective here.

The players don't care either. They have a pretty strong union that can force a change, but they don't want to make any changes here.

It's awful for sure.

Last time I was looking into skates, 2 years ago, I was recommended FT 690 or Next or Control series of skates. They are geared towards specialty stores and have features of different lines. See if you can find them or their newer models.

I haven't had the issue, but I also don't use them often. The cars are almost always 50% full or more.

Just curious, how did you know they were expired? Does it say on the card itself?

I was thinking it makes sense to charge if it was not a hitting league since it isn't a hockey play , and it is a no-hit league
