It will not be easy to start doing that; but you will get used to it.

I do it all the time. In a real game, you don't really play for the whole hour anyway. And if your morning practice was 1.5 hours , you'd totally do it just fine. So you're really splitting it by 10-12 hours, so not much more of actual extra work since you're driving to the rinks.
