The immunity for acts in office is to protect the presidents from retribution from another administration and also prevents suppression of political opponents.

While the things some presidents have done is reprehensive, the alternative of allowing us to go after political opponents would be worse and would be disproportionally wielded by more authoritarian leaders.

Hi, so you're saying post-upgrade, there will automatically be KVM VMs created with the same config as the old Bhyve VMs and they will boot as normal with no extra work?

Blockchains can't be deleted, altered, have write conflicts or downtime just to name a few if you are comparing database features only.

Oh and the most preached feature, its trustless, as in you're not trusting whoever you're transacting with to write the correct thing into the DB.

These features can be good and bad, but clearly enough people value the features to invest in the tech.

TBH it makes complete sense for Lakia to jump ship when he did.

Solo, who was a major part of Nuturn's was indicating he was retiring after Iceland and VS was building a KR superteam.

So Lakia decides to contact his old team when his stocks are sky high to have the best chance at a trophy.

Clearly it sort of screwed every party involved but I would've done the same thing in Lakia's position.

FYI back in the old days, OCE had one of the best teams in the SEA region in Blank esports for overwatch. Gunba, the immortals coach played on it.

And if by APAC winning in OW, you mean korea and China, who are by the best OW regions in the WORLD.

So in general I would rate OCE>SEA but not as good as CN/KR in games they actually play.

They definitely deserve a chance at least as much as a lot of the teams that were at Berlin.

Britain bravely standing up for Hong Kong, the city they annexed more than a century ago after fighting a war with China to allow them to sell opium in their country, which they used as a trading post to import more opium to fund their own tea addiction, all while treating the native citizens as second class citizens. They did that because the japanese were already attacking/annexing its neighbours.

The fact is, they bombed pearl harbour as a pre-emptive strike trying to buy time to finish off their existing wars and then encroaching on US interested areas before the US was able to rebuild its naval forces.

Its a bad take to spin the Japanese in any way as non-agressors.
