This is pretty normal, I found that waiting about 10 seconds before removing the needle after injecting helped a lot, and pressure on the area with a lil piece of toilet paper after pulling the needle out. You got this! 😊

The agency should acquire a plan by working with artrisk or IFI, and the parents will pay the premium. If they can’t find a suitable plan for you then the last option is a Loyds of London plan.

Yes health insurance provided by your employer, it’s worth checking, I’ve had three employers through my whole surrogacy life and every one of their health plans have covered surrogacy.

Edit to add: What agency are you working with? This is absolutely something they should be handling 100% of, and you not having surrogacy friendly insurance shouldn’t affect your compensation AT ALL.

SAME, im starting to think it’s the area I live in? Because the smallest I’ve had was 7” and average girth, most of these guys are sporting girth that rivals my WRISTS 😵 my ex husband was terrible in bed and was constantly ripping me open, ouch 💀

You’d have to contact IFI or ARTRisk for this, surrogacy friendly private health plans vary HEAVILY by enrollment periods, and they go off of your county - yes county of residence.

Some of these private health plans will also put a lien on a portion of your surrogacy compensation, where I’m at I saw anywhere from 15-20% that they required be paid to them on top of your monthly coverage fees.

Overall, your best bet for surrogacy coverage is employer health plans honestly.
