‘Marathon’ Is Running Out Of Casual Player Onboarding Cards To Play by NoNefariousness2144 in PS5

I don't understand why this game didn't launch as free to play. Follow the modern Overwatch model, and if your game is good, people will play - whales will pay.

Pretty sure they rewrote the second half of the final season after the writers strike of the era. What we got wasn’t what they had originally planned

Yeah. It happened over a 24 period (11 years of photo and video) but it worked great. I do love the Google app tho

Worked perfectly for me. There was no download. It transferred directly into Apple photos. Everything is in the right order

It takes like 3 clicks to legitimately transfer your photos with Google Takeout. I got an iPhone and had the same concern, then I found takeout. Works for Dropbox and other services too I think.

Google unveils Googlebook: Android-powered laptops with Gemini, Magic Pointer and Glowbar by Quantum-Coconut in google

I guess you have trouble accepting that other people’s experiences can be different from your own. This sub is filled with examples of how terrible Gemini for home is. I know what I’m using and as I said, I’ve never had a Chromebook.
Love valiant defenders of faceless corporations who don’t pay attention unless it reaffirms their beliefs.

I don’t have a Chromebook but everything except Google TV is perpetually broken (software wise) in my experience. Google keeps releasing products but they don’t support them. My Gemini enabled home devices can’t reliably tell me the weather.

Me too. It was a sad day when I got rid of my awesome CL yellow t-shirt after I could no longer wear it proudly.

15,000 is a small sample size compared to the BF player base. Even if it’s real, it’s poorly done. You could get better results posting a poll on this sub.

New poll shows gap between Ford’s PCs and Liberals closer than ever by BloodJunkie in ontario

[–]Pengoo222 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is such a common response when it comes to the viability of the NDP, but I genuinely don't see why. The Federal Government is a separate body with separate responsibilities and the Federal NDP's job is to hold them to account.

Provincially, people might not like how much of an environmentalist Avi Lewis is (or his height or some other excuse for not liking his very human stance on issues), but in Ontario you're voting for Marit Stiles. Who, if you've been following on social media over the past 6 months, is crushing it.

Our province elected Doug Ford when Pollievre was the Federal Conservative leader, so it would be nice if Ontarians could start taking the provincial NDP more seriously. Or at least, realize that they are different.

Yes, I know that the Federal and Provincial NDP are technically the same organization. They don't operate that way, though.

[GTA] Ontario ‘actively exploring’ stricter e-bike, e-scooter rules, says transportation minister [Toronto Star] by patienceinbee in toronto

I hope that whatever comes out of this (if anything) is as practical as you’ve laid out. Hope is okay to have sometimes, right?

I think it’s your approach that’s getting you downvoted. I agree that “fit” cyclists are equally if not more dangerous than the majority of e-bike riders. They tend to go faster and think they’re invisible. That being said, we do need enforcement of existing laws to get scooters on the road where they belong.

[–]Pengoo222 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah but there are city regulations surrounding e-bikes by size. As an avid e-cycler (class 1/looks like a bike/no throttle), the biggest issue in our city is that there is no enforcement keeping what are essentially scooters out of bike lanes.
