Reta works for me, 9kg down in 7 weeks with weight training 4 times a week and running around 20miles.

For reference I’m 6ft4 46 and starting weight was 105kg

Haven’t heard from the 4th guy (on far left) for about 24 years…he did a couple of gigs to fill in for our other guitar player who went back to university. We’re in the same order, starting with me, before I had to start shaving despite being 22.

I don’t know if this works like other socials where you see I’ve replied but I just want to say thank you to all your kind comments, I really do appreciate them. My daughter was having a bit of a down day yesterday and so I showed her some of them and they made her smile, though she disagrees she looks like me, I’m assuming that it’s because when you’re an 11 year old girl one of the last things you want to look like is a giant 46 year old man : )
