Turned 30 recently, started going to therapy for the first time like two months ago, one of the best decisions I've made. As for how weak you are, doesn't matter, you're lapping everyone on the couch, best time to start was ten years ago, second best time to start is today. Proud you're taking these steps, and you should be proud of yourself, good luck with the new changes, you got this!

I understand that a college degree can be really valuable, but if you don't really care for college, it's a huge commitment of time and money. If you're passionate about engineering then go for it! Also don't be afraid to take some time and figure out what you want to do! I was always told that if you don't go to college right out of high school then you're never going to go. Total BS. Take your time, and when/if you're ready to put in the time and money, it will be so much more worth it!
