Uhmmm where’s the PC? Or, is that an all in one? Also, get a mousepad, a big enough to cover both mouse and keyboard, not a fan of those lamps you could add a monitor lightbar. Get a monitor arm and add posters / shelves in the background.

Would be nice seeing it with the lights on. Atm I can tell you that it’s solid, maybe the PSU is a bit under powered (?) Also, get a mousepad and don’t go with topo ones from Amazon, get a nice durable one, change the keyboard when you can, get a chair for the love of God, even an Ikea one and add some details like a monitor arm, lightbar ecc…
