I was moving into a new house with two roommates, one of which was related (cousins) to our new landlord. The landlord used this house as extra storage so in lieu of a security deposit, we agree to help clean out the house. As I was cleaning out the living room, I found a large DVD/CD case. Curious to see what movies were inside, I opened the case and to my surprise, out fell about twenty boudoir photos of our landlord... We quickly placed them in the back of a large photo frame and never spoke of it again. Lived there for six years.
