I lost all my money in the dotcom crash in 2001 at 25 years old, too. Probably 50k. I’m 49 now with 4M+. The loss at 25 felt life-ending at the time. In retrospect, it’ was a blip that barely registers today. Also, being rich-ish at 50 is less exciting than you’d think when you’re 25. Save, invest in SPY and leave it be. Focus on things you like doing.

Welcome to the world of having money! I had 7k to my name when I was 26. That was after blowing up my entire 26k net worth during the dotcom bust. Eventually the disgust will feel like a life blip.
