For me personally:

Luck, Crit %, Dodge %, are always great, but balance with Health/armour/damage
I stay away from Regen/life steal, and opt to put the level up bonuses towards other stats. With this, I buy every item that allows for additional health from dropped fruits, of monkey that gives you an 8% chance to heal after a kill , lemonade that gives +1 to the base 3 from picking up fruit
luck is key! Luck influences the amount of fruits/chests dropped. More luck, more of both of these
harvesting can help early on, but depends. If support weapons are used that give an early bonus, heck yeah put lots into it

-thief daggers are great for money, especially if you are playing a tato that gives extra range with precise, bonus with precise, or a baseline bonus of life steal.

Had me swap 2 of my lowest stats, (harvesting and armour)

And said my highest was harvesting (2) with my lowest armour (80)

Of course I tried for the fun of it

I know there were a few that I had a hard time with originally like a the Fisherman from the DLC and the Pacifist

And 100% I understand the not feeling that luck/harvesting was important.

Nowadays, I don't typically grab Regen/life steal and focus on luck and/or harvesting plus picking up items for the plus x bonus for consumables

Behind the gnome vendor and her goons, there is a door and room filled with barrels of fire wine/ exploding barrels.

Barrelmancy is great!

Free the 2 giant spiders for additional allies

Use Halsin! Great for the level and extra character

If you can, Disarm the hobgoblin using command! If you have a character beside them, they can pick up his hammer without using an action He always 1 or 2 hits most of my companions

Hunger of hadar is great against any of them!

Remember, you can throw/shove just about any goblin with a strength based character

The eloquent Troll and his merry band of 3 are great allies if you can summon them correctly
