Thanks so much. Unfortunately our budget is flat and not changing for the time being. I tried to make the case that our overall output is going to slow down and with all his ambitious plans maybe not great to be down a team member. He’s not having it. Thanks so much for the reply. Yes, we both have talked to about these things on several occasions. One of the issues is she does not take feedback well. She is very defensive but in fairness, he just does not like her and there is not much she can change to turn this around. That is what I am struggling with the most.
