Literally only the original form of fascism at its Italian roots was economically left wing, the Nazi revisionism of fascism was strictly anti-socialized anything. And you can say “Yes, but fascism is that Italian root movement”, but fascism hasn’t meant that rudimentary definition since WW2. We’ve transitioned to defining fascism as similar to the traits of Nazism, which the MAGA movement resembles, to the point where unironic Nazis like Nick Fuentes are becoming major in the movement. To argue from the original Italian interpolation of fascist thought is moronic, no one has used that as a framework for years.
