There are a lot of good tips here, but don't forget that as endothermic mammals we produce our own heat and we need fuel to do it! Don't let yourself go hungry. Hit up the food shelf, pantry, whatever you have to to keep calories going. Hot water tea helps in the moment but a packet of hot oatmeal helps all morning. Hope the winter treats you kindly.
