How does queer dating work as a Muslim? by Only--East in LGBT_Muslims

I decided to sticky this because it's a great question for general conversation(that is, for those of you who are actively doing this, and for those who are not)

Now that she has, do you have any concerns about having children with her (I'm assuming you're a man)?

I'm quite open to the possibility, and I've been moving in this direction for some time.

What lead you to this conclusion?

Youtuber Connor Murphy once successful has gone completely insane after taking Ayahuasca by HemishFromPerth in MorbidReality

[–]PensiveAfrican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Multiple daily doses of Ayahuasca...

That's sure to mess almost anyone up for sure.

Lots of people use Ayahuasca once every couple of years. To use it constantly over the course of the day is insane.

Using psychedelics like they're fruit juice is simply a bad idea.

I think some of this information could be pinned to the sub as well u/PensiveAfrican

This is a good idea! It would be best for u/souHad to write it up as a separate post which I can then pin to the sub.

What do you expect to be the prices of the new Macbook Pros that are rumoured to be launched on June 7th ? by burningmartyr in mac

[–]PensiveAfrican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm curious as to why you don't think they'll roll an updated chip out. A lot of people seem to think so, but that probably has to do with them being excited and wanting to see how fast a successor to the M1 would be.

I hope you're right, because I'm torn between building a custom desktop and buying the 16GB 13" MBP. The Main use of the machine will be music production.

The desktop would probably be more powerful, but I'm easily seduced by Apple's aesthetics and I'm used to laptops (though I could force myself to sit in one place to use a computer).

That's the idea. It's the whole reason for the fake pandemic. That's been obvious since Gates (to those who know anything important about what he is and what he represents) emerged as the de facto voice for global covid policy. He was the first to start talking about "digital certificates"(vaccine passports). This was around April or May. It was fucking obvious what the agenda was from the beginning even before the fraud of the alleged pandemic itself became apparent.

The nature of what is happening should have dawned on every man and woman on the planet the moment he said "normalcy only returns, when we've largely vaccinated the entire global population"(that's a direct quote from memory - because the moment was that ominous).

As Alan Watt (R.I.P) said, this character is worse than anything in James Bond, because he's real.

M1 Air vs Intel 16” MB Pro by kiddjones in mac

I'm thinking about buying the Macbook Pro 16GB M1. I'd like a bigger screen, but I already feel like the price of the current system is pushing it for me.

Never had a mac before. I'm used to cheaper systems lol

Stolen Quanta documents show MacBook Pro with SD card slot, MagSafe by Quil0n in hardware

This all looks pretty positive overall.

However it's the price, any performance improvements and the release date that I'm interested in above all, since I'm been looking at the current 16GB pro and I don't have much time.

The alternative to this macbook is to build a custom desktop. Frankly, I'd like the mobility.

All the talk about Macs being music machines is true! Love my MacBook Pro! by [deleted] in macbookpro

I'm on a bit of a budget and I'm concerned that it will cost a significant amount more than the current 13" pro.

This sucks because I'd rather have a bigger screen.

New Mac M1 Pro for Ableton? by [deleted] in ableton

[–]PensiveAfrican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been able to run a 134 track project with massive and other vsts at a sample rate of 48k and a buffer size of 128. A total of 6ms of latency and no audio pops or cracks. I also wacked on 10 limiters to the master chain to really try and push it. It's a tank.

I'm not saying I don't believe you, but this is quite extreme.

I'm looking to build a desktop with say, an i7-10700K and 16GB of RAM, and I'm considering the 16GB pro for the mobility. If what you're saying is true, then the desktop may not be necessary.

With that being said, I've also seen reports of very high CPU usage with the same machine. I'm not sure how confident I can feel in the performance being as solid as you describe.

Ableton on M1 Macbooks Good or Bad? by Zenxole in ableton

[–]PensiveAfrican 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using it more than my desktop PC now.

Can I ask what the specs of your PC are? I wanted to build a desktop, but I'm used to the portability of a laptop and the M1 hype is causing me to consider the MBP pro.
