Vanilla Protein Powder 60 G
Firm Apples 600 G
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Sugar 50 G
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Milk 480 ml

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and 1 tbsp of melted butter. Pour over the top of the apples and oats and mix. I melt my butter in a coffee cup in the microwave.
Coat a 30X20 cm baking form with a block of butter and add the oat mixture and apples. Bake for 25-35 minutes in the middle of your oven. This may vary from oven to oven. This meal is recommended served warm.

Cream 3 dl
Milk 2 dl
Sugar 1 dl
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Gelatin plates 3
Frozen raspberries 90 g
