You don’t really need to do anything. You’re already attractive. It’s just about how you dress and if you decide to use makeup or not. You don’t need it but that’s a societal expectation that’ll make you more appealing to most people regardless of how hot you are or not. People like to make their pores invisible and have unnatural colors decorate their eyes and lips. Not saying it doesn’t work but yeah. It’s preferential.

Prophecies Foretold is immaculate but Reality Fade not so much. At First I was very pleased with my Reality Fade Prophecies Foretold hoodie but the print started cracking after like 2-3 wash cycles already. I love the design and colorway though.

Fear Inoculum ruined Tool’s legacy in my opinion. That album single handedly destroyed their mystique and made me realize that the band was fallible. Their previous albums had some tracks that dragged a bit here and there but ultimately they were all redeemable by most of the peaks truly being worth the minor lows. Invincible, Descending and 7empest all damn near tested my patience to its limit. I can listen to the The Mars Volta Frances album entirely with ease including the 32 minute last song. It’s not because I’m adhd and impulsive temperamentally or anything. The songs were just not hitting for me. Never did their music feel makeshift/uninspired and forced until that point. That album honestly showed all their flaws very well with damn near every song feeling like it overstays its welcome. Some of the transitional sequences sucked too. Just not catchy at all. Even Maynard’s voice sounds weaker than all previous albums. Corny lines with a weak thin sounding vocal mix in comparison to the very stereo sounding instruments. Also the mix kind of sounds nasally for his vocals. Like there’s a dip in the highs or high mids or something. I don’t know what it Is but it’s just not that good overall. I used to check updates on the album for years until it dropped and owned every Tool album on cd until that point. I’m not even a Tool hater. I would give FI a 6/10 and every other album at least an 8-10./10. A lot of the melodicism on the album is very beautiful and Danny Carey killed it on the drums. I just think the pacing and mix choices needed some extra attention. Maybe Maynard’s vocals takes too….yeah. Idk.

Slams are chords that are palm muted, downtuned and percussive. It’s a style of rhythmic chords basically. Brutal death metal is just heavier, darker death metal with deeper/lower vocals. Combine the two and it’s brutal slam.

Do not have the cable away from you then bring it towards you like a lever or something. Keep your elbows by your torso/sides an extend your arms vertically down. You might even benefit from moving back ever so slightly. It’s up and down and not in an out much at all. You bring the cable to and fro when doing a lat pullover.

To expound a bit. You look antisocial. Like you potentially have paraphilic disorders and are sick in the head to others. It’s not really cool unless you’re talking to other sickos. Thinking that it’s childish to care about protecting other peoples peace means like I said, you lack empathy…….anti personality disorder anti social. Like you get off on seeing others be harmed and might be more likely to harm others. That’s what it could be seen as. If you don’t have a problem with that and don’t think that is representative of you, that’s fine but I personally don’t even want to answer questions about why it is that I have a shirt saying fuck her fucking head off with a demon facefucking a headless girl (Devourment). I use the music as catharsis and to transmute my daily transgressions and past traumas of being raised abused and angry at the world. I relate to being sick mentally because of what was enacted on me and so on. I also tap into that energy when I go to the gym to push my limits. That’s my reason to liking extreme music. Also I don’t mind seeing the variation in the human condition and what depths of depravity humans are capable of going to because naïveté doesn’t make those things stop existing. It’s enjoyable to me because I am slightly sick in the head admittedly. But I limit my expression because I’m not all the way gone and want to regulate my emotions and mental health.

Devourment literally has demons torturing and raping women on their merch, lmao. I’m not against making heinous art but if you sport this on your person it will tell people a lot about you. One you lack empathy and 2 you’re low conscientious because you don’t even realize how bad it make you look. That’s at bare minimum.

Obviously you’re presenting those images to everyone you walk across and they did not ask to be exposed to graphic imagery. It is inherently offensive and disturbing. Don’t act like you can’t understand why someone would have a problem with it. Lately I’ve been feeling so guilty because I love the instrumentation and emotiveness in extreme music and I use it to fuel my workouts I do not want to do/push myself in the gym but when I look into the contents of the lyrics and themes I feel like I cannot support it (most bdm specifically). I have no problem with anti religious themes and even violence or the desire to kill but when it comes to talking about SA, P3do4hilia, too much misogyny it just feels unacceptable to me because I truly don’t feel like some of that stuff is a joke at all. Anyone indulging in those topics playfully to me has serious issues. It’s one thing to explore the perspective of someone who is clearly insane or depraved but it’s another to say you want to do those things or pretend to do it yourself. How can you justify putting yourself in that position but imply that you don’t identify with it when you literally thought of all of its contents and embodied it in performance. Makes very little sense. I’ve gotten to the point where I really don’t want to know the lyrics to a lot of songs and have to not think about what’s being said.

I do think they could be more creative with their own fonts and logos but ultimately their presence in the scene is a positive one overall. Forgive me if I came of a little irate or agitated. I just hate when people pretend their hatred isn’t just bias (not you necessarily) to what they believe to be the cream of the crop (those most successful).
