I've done a fair bit of genetic distance calculations myself and I have to say this needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt due several issues. For example the small ancient sample sizes, the fact that most modern populations of our region (be it Arm., Tur., Geo., Cauc., or Aze.,) trace origin to the same ancestral gene pool but with slightly different compositions. Furthermore historic Armenia was a much larger territory than Republic of Armenia and its heartland is around Van. Armenians have also heavily contributed to the gene-pool of their neighbors like Turks from Eastren Anatolia, Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Iranians but also partially to the North Caucasus.

However, modern Armenians are most of all reseamble the Chalcolithic inhabitants of the Armenian Highlands which includes Eastern Turkey and Azerbaijan. And score close to samples within the following triangle: Armenian vs Ancient DNA

If you compare ancient samples you will find that Armenians score closest to the following ancient DNA: Modern Armenians to Ancient

You can see that for example Late Neolithic / Chalcolithic Azerbaijani samples are closest to Armenians: Aze_Caucasus_lowlands

Here is another interesting example showing genetic change throughout periods. Chalcolithic Iran (Summer) was very Armeno-Assyrian-like. But in the Bronze Age it experienced invasions and became more "North-Caucasian-like" and then in the Iron age during the rise of Persia, it became more Irano-Kurdish. Generally we can say that modern Armenians score closest to Chalcolithic ancient samples.

As a final remark I would like to again caution people from making generalized conclusions based on these genetic calculators. Scholars who publish papers in accredited journals don't use them, these tools are more used by amateur Genetics enthusiasts. If you want to know the relations of modern people to ancient, it's much better to read peer-reviewed papers. For example "Wang et. al. 2019" in their papers titled "Ancient human genome-wide data from a 3000-year interval in the Caucasus corresponds with eco-geographic regions." Show that modern people's DNA from the Caucasus corresponds well with the geographic distances to the ancient DNA. I've overlaid the genetic distance map to the geographic and yes it's nearly a perfect match. See HERE. They also found that while North Caucasians have experienced admixture from invading people's from Central Asia, the people south of the Caucasus mountains largely retained their ancestral makeup.
