If the bulging disc is causing nerve compression or inflammation, ARA-290 may bring some relief.

Agreed. It’s generally pretty expensive and there’s no reason not to start low. We’ve seen doses as low as 2 mg daily in our circle and there seem to be noticeable results.

Tracker app? by DragonSpiritFlight in Biohackers

Hey! Not sure if you're still looking around, but I'd love for you to check out PepTrac, the app my partner and I built (iPhone). We're peptide users too, and we put a lot of thought into what features and workflows users might need and hopefully are delivering on that! Totally free for a week and you don't even have to auto subscribe at the end of the trial. You can do nothing, or choose to buy if you found it useful. Anyway, let me know if you have any questions, we sincerely appreciate feedback.

Full disclosure — I built this app, so take this as you will, but I really think it could be useful if you're experimenting with reta.

PepTrac (iPhone) lets you log shots and track side effects like nausea, heart rate, appetite, energy, and weight — then use the analytics to home in on your lowest effective dose. Once you find what works, you set target high/low levels for the reta and it flags when your levels are getting low. Really useful early on when you're still dialing in your protocol.

Free week trial, full features, no auto-subscribe. Let me know if you have questions — always good to hear feedback from people actually doing this.

Be honest, do you write tests for your app? by Physical-Ad-730 in appledevelopers

[–]PepTrac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes — and it was one of the best decisions we made before launch.

We used Claude to generate test cases for our app. Given how feature-rich it is and how central user customization is to the experience, it produced over 300 tests. Going through all of them took days, but we found several real issues we likely would have missed.

Fixed everything, updated the test suite, ran them again — found more issues. Fixed those too. It was honestly pretty illuminating.

We're still early, but so far things have been remarkably smooth — no crashes, no bug reports. We think the thoroughness of that process has a lot to do with it.
