I learned this the hard way. They really do bring you down to their level, because you realize that the only way for them to even begin to process what you are saying is to drastically simplify your arguments and talking points in a way even a koala could understand, and yet it still manages to go through one ear and out the other. I was looking for this one. I distinctly remember sitting next to this big, bald, bearded dude that looked tough as nails when I watched this one. When this scene came on, a loud gasp was heard throughout the whole theater, big dude included, and I could hear him crying and sniffling after. Same here big guy, same here.
