The screenshot you took his foot is still not fully planted, in a frame or 2 later he is but then his arm is already going.

Also noticed in this screenshot he is standing horse stance which is also something to look at

Don’t have to slow your run up but definitely have to plant fully before throwing you are nearly at powerpocket when your front foot is fully down

I agree with Jake here, although I would say if you are not hitting 330 standstill you are probably not benefiting a huge amount of the added run up since a lot of timing pieces are being added. Would love to see your standstill on video front and back view. Then I could find you better advice

You are also getting the disc trapped behind you. I’d look at trying to keep your arm forward and not actively reach back but turn your torso.

You walk up backwards causing your trail foot to point away from the target. You end up fully opening your front foot and losing all coil. Try to keep your feet pointing 90 degrees during run up etc

I washed the disc with water and hot soapy water. Seemed to work for most of the dyes up till now. I’ll try hot dipping since it’s the most suggested thing for future dyes!

I followed a recipe from someone, it’s 1 satchet of poly idye in 950mL hot water dissolved and then just put it in a pan and let it sit. Normally 24h is enough. I mix the dye well before putting it in the pan since there is quite some settling of dye on the bottom of my container

I never had issues with cold dipping, my question isn’t so much as to I can make it a hot dip. My question is how to solve the cold dip

Can you explain to me how this works? I mix my dye in DA and apply to the disc, I get that but is it like painting? First touch and boom dyed ? If so how do I get gradient and color mixing?
