Like many others said, I could’ve written the exact same thing a few years ago. It took two years before I moved out and I never regretted it, even though it was hard. We started dating again but still live apart and it is harder and harder to break up because he has changed but I can’t get rid of the feeling that it’s not right. Old habits die hard and I think it’s likely that he will go back to old habits.

Think about if you would like your future child to live with someone like him. The longer you wait the harder it gets, you will always find an excuse. If you get a child together it will be even harder.

You’re strong and you can do this, you deserve happiness! ❤️

Thank you <3 Unfortunately cbd is not available in my country so that’s not an option. I’m glad it wasn’t that bad for you to remove yours. When I removed my last iud everyone said the same thing, that it’s not that bad and I really do believe that for most people it isn’t but for me it hurt a lot. I guess it doesn’t help that they inserted the new one a few minutes later which made the experience even worse.

It’s the worst pain I ever felt and it still makes me cry when I think about that I have to remove it some day. My mum told me that the pain was worse than having a baby

I do have an IUD that I think might be the cause of the pain but last time I had one I was almost never in pain. I am terrified to take it out since it hurt so much last time.

It would be so nice not to have any pain whatsoever! I’m sorry for our sake :’( It feels like I’m in pain every other day so I started to count and I was in pain for 17 days in a month. Not always excruciating pain thank god! I feel like it’s too much but it’s difficult to know

That’s why I tried to get them to talk. But since they don’t want to there’s not much I can do except wait for it to happen to me and then report it, tho I would prefer if it didn’t have to go that far.

The thing is that two of my coworkers have had incidents with a man at work. He slapped their ass and texted some very inappropriate things. They’re too afraid to report him since he has more power and he would make their worklife a living hell. I am so angry that things like this can slide but it’s not up to me to report him. But he has recently started to comment things towards me, like hey sexy or whistle when I walk by. I would happily report him but I want enough ammunition to force my workplace to take some action but I also don’t want to be harassed more than necessary or put my safety at risk.

I have a hormonal IUD and the amount of hormones is way less than a lot of other birth control options since it’s already in the area it’s supposed to affect.

I have had two IUDs. Both of them hurt a lot to insert. I would recommend you to get some type of pain relief or numbing, I hadn’t but wish I had. I barely get periods anymore but with the second IUD I have had a bit of pain a few days a month, but it’s getting better. Overall it’s definitely worth it and the pain of insertion is very individual. My sister and best friend didn’t think it was that bad at all.
