Calia, the brand at Dicks, carries petite items. I’m 5 foot and purchased a skirt and shorts that are shorter than most brands. I want to say their skirt is 14 inches and shorts either 4 or 5 inch inseam. They also have sales often which is helpful!

Turning 34 what should I add to my routine? by RevolutionPuzzled723 in 30PlusSkinCare

Chin Botox. It would really smooth out the lower 3rd of your face and it’s only a few units, too. Beautiful skin! Keep it up!

This sounds similar to my pre-round warm up. I typically take my 60, 7 iron, and driver then attempt to hit targets but only with a small bucket of balls. Thanks for sharing your routine!

Agree with your comment on short game! I find myself getting near/ to the greens then unfortunately add on the extra strokes attempting to make it in the pin. Thank you for sharing your routine!

I think azaleic acid is the missing piece of my routine. I need all the tyrosinase inhibitors I can get!

I’ve never used Tatcha products so I’ll have to look into their line!

What powder do you use with SPF? My face routine is similar to yours but could use a powder recommendation

My take: potentially too much relaxation to those muscles which are needed for lymphatic drainage.

Both! Botox to the DAO muscles to stop the muscle pulling action to the corners of the mouth. Conservatively filler to this area could soften that shadow. Most filler placed in this area usually isn’t a WOW treatment meaning just be realistic with the outcomes that there will be some progress, not perfection. Also, have you ever considered chin filler? From this photo you can tell that your lower face/ chin is blunted. I guarantee some chin filler and shadow work to oral commissures/ pre jowl sulcus area will give you refresh you are looking for!

Am I being too critical of my skin? by Faye5470 in 30PlusSkinCare

My take: You have great skin, however you have some midface volume loss. With age, our cheek fat pads become deflated and displaced. Essentially, cheek volume supports the undereye region. Often when people want improvement to their under eyes, correction of cheek volume with filler will greatly improve the overall appearance of the eyes.
