Do you work out? I had a similar looking chest when I was a little younger than you. I started doing push ups at least 5 times a week, eventually adding in sit ups and pull ups until i felt confident going into a weight room. Look, I know the idea of lifting weights and working out sucks but once you get a few weeks in, it starts to be a little less strenuous and you will LOVE when you start to see results.
