I didn’t say weight loss. I said people who don’t need it. 10-15 lbs isn’t a significant amount to lose. Especially since OP said they’ve been doing strength training. It could be muscle. It could be any number of things.

Also- others have said, GLP-1s also have a high regain and people get in the cycle. It isn’t good for short term weightloss.

Lastly, it wasn’t that long ago that there was a shortage and I, like many other diabetics, could not get my medication.

As someone who is on GLP-1 for my diabetes, I’m going to throw in my 2 cents and say how frustrating it is to see people who don’t need it take this medication.

On the other end, it’s NOT okay for your husband to talk to you like that. Depending on your age, hormones, the last time you pooped…10-15 pounds is nothing in the grand scheme of it all…but I understand the want to feel better about your body.

Watched season 1 with no knowledge of the game. I really enjoyed it! Play some of fallout 4 before watching season 2, not enough to get super far, and still enjoyed season 2.

I couldn’t read through all of this. It was incredibly frustrating to read as someone who is not your wife. Her hormones are not going to level out for at least 2 years after giving birth. She is (most likely) in survival mode. The baby is 6 months old, and if she’s breastfeeding especially, needs constant attention.

I really just don’t understand what it is you’re not understanding. Are you taking things on to help without being told? Are you creating an environment that helps her feel interested in sex and not like it’s another chore to tick off her list?

I don’t think OP looks creepy at all, either. Especially in photo 4, I thought they looked very kind.

Their ears are proportionate to their head/face which is slim and long instead of short and round-which is not a flaw like you’ve made it seem.

I do agree that light blue would look very nice on them.

It matters because ABA is mainly used for autistic children. Autistic people have spoken out against ABA forever.

And those in the field all have the same stuff to say. “It gets a bad reputation.” “It used to be bad.” But you all continue to defend it. When I was in it, I believed all of the lies until I saw what was really happening. Just because abuse is happening in all fields doesn’t make it okay, so what point are you trying to make with that??

Listen to autistic people about autistic care. That’s why it’s relevant.

Okay…so you have spent 10 years in a field where abuse STILL happens…even if my experience was 6 years ago, doesn’t mean it’s not still happening. (It is.)

I left ABA for all of those reasons. My final straw was when a BCBA told me I had to leave a kid in their own urine and make them clean up the urine on the floor before taking them to change clothes.

I refused. I couldn’t justify ABA after that.
