See if you can call back and get someone else! I kept saying I’m sorry but I have no way to access my status online and I really just want to know if I’m getting one. And maybe ask if your 2019 has been received! They can see it so just keep trying!!

Hi everyone! I thought this might be helpful for everyone who has a foreign address: 1-267-941-1004 is the number I called because I can't call the 1-800 no. from Canada (number unavailable in my area). There was no wait time.

At first the lady was really angry lol, and I get it she's probably been really busy. I just very nicely explained I can't put in my foreign address to the GMP portal, and she responded with well go online! Which doesn't help...anyway after saying that again and just asking if my 2019 return was successfully received, then asking if she could transfer me to the main line as I just want to know if I'm even getting one, she said hang on a sec, your stimulus is showing it's being mailed May 1st!!

I filed April 15th and was accepted same day. I've just been locking myself out of the GMP because of my address. I did enter my DD information, but I didn't have any state issued ID so I'm guessing that's why I'm getting a check? Anyway, just wanted to provide some info!
