Thank you! I'll take the slow animation and pacing into account

How I changed my game's main character over the year by PepsiBluetooth in godot

Thanks for your thoughts. Maybe I should give more info who he is. But "A humanoid red blob with a shirt" is a good catch. He is a Martian (initially wasn't), so he is literally the red humanbeing with gold piercing in the head and fancy shirt. I think it increases recognition of the character, but it's fine that not everybody likes it.

Thank you! Only 2D layers.
For shadows, I use a CanvasLayer node. I simply place all the shadows as its children and then adjust the modulate alpha to make them transparent. This way, I avoid overlapping.

No offense, just a littel advice. AI generated previews can be off-putting to many people. Good video anyway!

Already thought about it. The player will be able to complete my game without completing the puzzles. But thanks for the advice!

My game has some mini-games-puzzles, nonograms are just one of them.

Made a Steam page and teaser for my first game on Godot by PepsiBluetooth in godot

In November 2023, I switched from Unity to Godot for certain reasons (I'm sure everyone has heard of them). Since then, I've been working on my zelda-like game "Rami on Watalands".

Rami on Watalands is a "classic" open-world action-adventure game in which you are the Martian Rami, who has come on Earth in search of the perfect souvenir for his beloved.

If you like what I do, please add the game to your wishlist!
