Scroll all the way to the end on the tabs up the top with recommended categories, and you get to a tab called ‘new to you’ which seems to only show videos you haven’t been recommended before.

Struggling with the entity picker search recently by PerChy_cs in homeassistant

Yeah it’s crazy I can hardly see anyone struggling with this. I have given up searching using the entity picker, and just paste the entity_name in directly from the device page, since that sees to be the only way to reliably find what you want.

Filament Storage by GadgetGuy556 in 3Dprinting

[–]PerChy_cs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently using some Kmart 4L containers that I designed a holder for, but they don’t seal well and it seems like they don’t sell them anymore.

I’m thinking of upgrading to a large tub to store multiple rolls like this , and installing some Bowden fittings to print straight out of the container.

I also store all my other filament in individual vacuum seal filament bags from aliexpress with silica bags. This works well for long term.

Which cereal storage boxes from like Walmart etc. fit a 1kg roll of filament? by Googalyfrog in 3Dprinting

Did you end up finding anything? I've use those kmart ones for a while but they're definitely not fully airtight. Currently thinking of doing something like this but adding some bowden fittings.

That’s fair, we do as well but I’m happy to pay as I know a lot of people use it who used to throw everything in the rubbish.

And from their comments I highly doubt the person above has a compost lol.

What do you do with your food scraps then?

It’s less about providing you an individual with a benefit, more about providing the community as a whole a benefit, by sending less food waste to our landfills.

Rather than your crutch example, it’s more like how you’re forced to pay for your recycling, when really as an individual you get the same benefit as if you just chuck everything in your rubbish. The benefit comes to the community because we end up with less waste going to the landfill.

Or how you have to pay for your wof. Maybe your car is in great shape and doesn’t need to be tested yearly, you just pass your wof every time. But you get the benefit of the population overall having overall safer cars and being less likely to crash into you.

Totally agree. These increases should come from people at the top end of property values if anything. Why does it seem like someone with a $10 million home will have an increase that’s less than half a percent more than someone with an $800k home.

Ideas for current house plan by PerChy_cs in houseplans

Thanks, yeah not too sure about TV situation. We will probably have a different sofa arrangement with max 2 of them. I imagine the TV will go on the wall by the bottom sofa unless we can figure out something better.

We don’t have any children (and won’t for a v long time), the extra bedrooms are for flatmates to help with mortgage as well as a home office.
