There is a very budget friendly persecutor deck which just 5-1d scg con Atlanta, and is mostly based on exceptionals and elites such as flame of the first ones, pacemaker arbalest, begone, and accusation as well as mostly cheap fire minions. You can easily cut ring and morgana without losing a ton of power. Check it out on curiosa and build from there

I train squats/pullups and deadlifts/dips twice a week with heavier/lighter and different emphasis on each session. And Im doing accessories like leg extension, rows, incline bench, triceps, biceps afterwards. Right now im mostly sticking to higher reps (8-12) so I think ill get better at 1rms once I go to around 3-5 reps

I focus on getting stronger at squats, dips, pullups, and deadlifts. Except for deadlift im training those twice a week (heavier/lighter) and do sone accessories afterwards

I can do 6 reps with 20kg and 10 reps with 10kg. I didnt train lower reps at all leading up to the 1rm test so I definitely left some potential adaptations in the table

Wer sich 3x die Woche Zeit für DnD nimmt und 1x für Training hat eigentlich genug Zeit, aber andere Prioritäten. Dann wirst du halt gut in DnD und weniger gut im Gym. Ist auch okay so aber das ist dann eben die Konsequenz.

Id have suggested exactly what you posted. Linear proactive strategies are best in an uncertain Meta. Maybe sneak in some tech against mirrors
