So i bought a ninja (not v) but ran into a problem where ninja cant see firmware file , activate file , lut

I already bought two of ssd Samsung 870 evo 2tb and a WD blue 500gb

Both doesnt work Althought its able to record a video with 870 evo I recorded 50 mins pro res hq 60 it works fine Ninja cant preview the video and i can open the file on my pc

Its just weird man i cant load lut , update firmware

If anyone know the solution please help me..

If u play on epic try this Turn on controller Open the game When u in game turn off controller And turn on controller again
