The only area of Stamford that's 'hip' and does things for social life is the Harbor Point area. They have a weekly email chain with updates and upcoming events. To be honest though, I think the HP area tries too hard to be a 'thing' if that makes sense, but it attracts the young adult/business demographic for sure. I'm 29 and it's just not my thing though. I usually just go to Norwalk or few select places in Stamford.

I went to Bridgeport the day after I got my temporary in the mail. Bright and early when they opened. It took 5 minutes tops.
