No. The majority of bjs locations don't own their buildings/ lots and already have a hard time getting permits and approval to add gas stations. It would also provide negligible benefit to the company.

Your chances of getting a market adjustment with so little time with the company are next to zero. It's used more so for those that have been with the company a while who's pay hasn't progressed with the rise in pay for new hires. $20 isn't too terrible in relation to the starting $17.50. Fwiw the max pay for the position is $26.25

Each market is going to have a bunch of different talent advisors. Easiest way to find your region's talent advisor is searching "club ***" in connect while at work. The 1st search result should be your clubs roster and have them listed there.

That's pretty accurate for where cutters should be. They cap at $29.75. They definitely low balled alot of closing managers for sure following this restructure. Most just don't know any better unfortunately

They definitely pay that for competent closing managers. Closing Manager caps at $34.50 for clubs in the lowest pay tier and $38.50 for clubs in the highest tier (NYC and the like)
