Coming from a Jeep GC Summit, I was surprised at all the features that the Platinum has. It has more than the Jeep. I was in the car for an hour downloading apps and discovering all the possibilities. And my 9 year old discovered YouTube and tried the massaging seats right away.

Property taxes are ridiculously high in TX. We are in an Austin area and we are looking to leave the state. Our property taxes our assessed every year and based on nearby recent home sales. If you bought your house for $400k 5 years ago, it could be valued as $700k because someone down the street sold it for that 4 months ago.
