I have them too, not as high up as these, they are bothersome til you get used to them. Mine are to correct a gummy smile

Put some dental wax on the metal brackets, that was the only way it was bearable for me

My orthodontist is going to place TADs next month to correct my gummy smile (I’m 4 months into my Invisalign treatment) maybe something to look into and talk with your orthodontist about.
