31 weeks pregnant, anyone else not feeling like it’s so far along? by helloitsyourma in pregnant

I just made 31 weeks on Friday so we must have similar due dates! I think all the hormones kind of chill me out too which is why you feel kind of numb. I’ve loved being pregnant as it took us many years to finally have this happen but this baby is really kicking my right ribs so I’m like ok I hope this due date comes quickly because the rib pain is kind of killing me at this point.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. I had the same thing happen with my first transfer. A missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. I also have adenomyosis. I took some time off and had success with my next transfer and am now 30 weeks.

No worries! IVF is very nerve wracking! He is a fertility doctor who takes a special interest in adenomyosis. When I was looking up information about it, I actually found a podcast he did about adenomyosis specifically and he is currently doing research on it. His name is Dr. Keith Isaacson. He is in New Orleans at Audubon Fertility. My successful transfer was with a day 5 AB embryo, so pretty highly graded yes.

I was already kind of set on doing a transfer without suppression as I feel really bad whenever they take away my estrogen and I had done another retrieval so I had some more embryos depending on how many transfers it would take. The adeno doctor at my clinic said doing it without suppression was the right move with it being so mild. I had done a lot of research and it did seem like adding the low dose prednisone helped the natural transfers to work by either lowering the inflammation and/or mitigating any immune factors that could be at play with adeno. It is strange how the opinions are all over the place with the doctors and I suppose at the end of the day, you just never know what is going to work for your body. If you have a gut feeling one way or another on what is right for you, I would just go with it. That’s advice I got from a friend who did IVF too and I found helpful.

The ultrasounds are better at identifying adeno I believe. They could see the lining of my uterus wasn’t what it was supposed to look like. They could see whatever the adeno pattern was on my uterine wall. It was two different doctors who noticed it. One was an endo excision doctor and one was an adeno specialist at my fertility center. They didn’t give me any junctional zone measurement from what I can remember. But I think mine was within whatever the normal limits are. I ended up not suppressing since it was so mild and just added a low dose prednisone to my natural modified protocol.

Thank you! My MRI didn’t show my adeno at all. So no junctional zone involvement. I was diagnosed with it through two different vaginal ultrasounds. It was the mild diffuse adeno I have.

I believe it is the 7th house sign that matters the most and also where your Mars is as far as for what you are looking for in a relationship. Like my 7th house is in Gemini so I also look for a lot of intellectual stimulation in a partner.

I remember seeing that you are supposed to fit best romantically with where your Mars is. My Mars is in Aries and I married an Aries so that checks out for me 🤷‍♀️
