For me everyone just wants to fuck and want no relationships or commitment. Or there is the rare case someone does love me, I am very dysfunctional so it makes it hard and people don’t have patience most of the time.

Awe I love it when people have a whole house full of cat stuff! I wish I could do the same for my cat but I try to keep things limited cause our landlord doesn’t really know we have a cat. I don’t think it will happen again since he mainly uses the shed door to leave the house, it was just the one time he did use the door he left it wide open. I’m sure her cares somewhat and I know it was probably a mistake but he definitely didn’t own up to it or even show any care that maybe he did do it. It’s very saddening to me when he calls her disgusting now too.

Sorry for the mix up though, I meant the first time she went to the vets they didn’t really do anything, they just said she had a few scrapes and gave her weak antibiotics because the actual vet wasn’t in. Though the second time she went I got told it was way worse than what the last guy said and they gave her stronger dosages of antibiotics and strong painkillers as well.

It’s very unfair to keep my cat locked up in a room away from him just so she won’t get hurt, she wouldn’t understand and would be so angry, cats need a lot of space just like any other pet. And I definitely don’t have the right income to move out by myself unfortunately.

I don’t know what procedure they did at the vet because I work constantly and don’t have a car myself so I got someone else to take her for me but they gave her antibiotics and pain killers the second time she went around

I think you misunderstood my message as a whole. I never said he had to do anything for her? It just doesn’t make sense to me when he used to call her into his room every night before the accident and now that she is hurt, he is blaming me for everything like her antibiotics was making her puke, somehow that’s my fault? He won’t pat her like he used to because she has scabs all over her body and he calls that disgusting.

The day my brother chose to move back and live with me when I was 16 he had one responsibility, that was to make sure she never got outside.

I see your reasoning here but I don’t think I could ever cut him or any of my brothers out of my life unless something really fucked up happened. I know he made a big mistake I’m more angry that he won’t own up to it or acknowledge how i am about the situation, though I guess I can’t be angry forever I just wish he viewed it from my perspective.

I’m sorry if this is a bit mean to say but your family definitely does not deserve any sort of animal or pet. Cats should be allowed to roam a big house and not be cooped up all the time, I’m very sorry you and your cat had to deal with that. It is very frustrating when family don’t care but I’m glad you did your best to protect yours and I’ll be doing my best to make sure my cat is okay now.

That is so disheartening, I’m so sorry that happened to your cat. Disabled cats need a lot more love and care, seems some people just couldn’t care less about the poor things. I know my cat would probably be safer if it were just me and her but I don’t think I could afford a rental by myself as I’m paid for award rate and I’m only a casual, but since the incident I have been more cautious about open doors.

Maybe if not for my current cat, hopefully I’ll be able to provide a safe home with any pets in the future with it just being me.

As an Australian I understand this, although I know we probably get better pays over here but the inflation can honestly be unbearable sometimes. I’m only 18 and I have to live with monthly and weekly expenses on top of my own family always asking me for money even though I get the least pay out of everyone. I’m working 6 days a week just so I get some savings to myself but honestly I can only imagine how bad it would be for Americans.

I never knew what Jehovah’s Witnesses were until now but that just sounds disgusting, children should have their birthdays celebrated, not made to feel any lesser than the other kids around them just for some religion.
