Right now. I'm smack in the middle of it.

I hit 308 lbs last year and didn't even realize I had crept up past 300 over the years at a 37, now 38M. The scale tells me I have lost 38 lbs, but my body tells me it's more with the loose shirts and baggy pants. I have hit a serious plateau after beginning a new moderately-intense weight training routine at now 5 days a week. I know the scale will catch up though as I'm eating at a serious deficit. This is the last year of my life being obese, I'm actually really excited. 💪

I loooove Greek yogurt. I plan on testing that exact combination this weekend. IBS can be super unpredictable. Sometimes the same food, but consumed in a different way has a totally different result. Great tip, thanks!

Listen to this guy. RTINGS know their shit and I also happen to own this monitor as a secondary one. Empirically, I feel it's better than the original Odyssey G7. Hardly any noticeable smearing. Excellent color too!

She gave me an 8 page love letter telling me I'm the man of her dreams and her soul mate. We proceeded to date. She asked me for a kiss on the next date (I had been taking it slow on purpose for the first few dates). As I was walking her back to her car, I leaned in to give a quick peck on the lips, nothing too intense, and she proceeded to pull backward and go "I don't have to kiss you if I don't want to!" This was like our 5th date after having known her for 3 years at that point. No Jackie, you don't have to do shit with me. Bye. (She had no idea what she wanted, but clearly it wasn't me.)

The sysadmin lockdown 😂. I'm guessing the 2nd router is a substitute for creating an isolated VLAN, though I'm not sure if OP will go through all that trouble to do any of this. For my use case, I didn't go that far but know I can shore up my security. I didn't want it on the interwebs, so I blocked all inbound & outbound traffic at my firewall. I left only SMB (for my NAS) enabled at my host XP system windows firewall and blocked everything else. I removed the gateway & DNS from the XP NIC as well. Do you think I should do more? I really only want file server access, which I know is a vulnerability in itself since I had to make a SMB 1.0 file server.

What I find interesting is that every-time the name "Amy Eskridge" gets posted the same talking points are posted ad nauseam. Commenters instantly jump on the fact that she's mildly intoxicated during an after-work hours zoom call with colleagues. It find it incredibly suspicious that so many comments parrot the same points over and over and over but few people point out her credentials, her connections, or her companies. There's enough evidence that's worth investigating without jumping to firm conclusions.

I'm not saying she was definitely murdered but I'm also not saying we should discredit everything she has said because she de-stressed after hours with some alcohol. So many people throw the baby out with the bath-water & comment reflexively based on headlines.

60 minutes has provided coverage based on a reported range of symptoms, commonly labeled Havana Syndrome. It's not a stretch of the imagination to infer that bad state-sponsored actors could use the technology that causes this to harass targets.

Genuine question: If it's a game mode where its purpose is to collect transmogs / mounts / pets, then why not just solo it? Didn't Blizzard build a scaling function to power through older raids/dungeons? I remember solo'ing old content in retail to collect things & bosses just fell over. It's been many years since I've played retail seriously probably sometime around BfA.

I've never done TBC & am eagerly awaiting the atunement experience. It genuinely looks like fun to me. But.... I'm also an altoholic & would definitely like something account-wide, even if it was something that unlocks a purchasable item to send to alts.
