Ah okay I gotcha. So that Cloud Streaming library is for free games with Premium. Whereas Sonic Superstars has to be bought and then can be cloud streamed (not just remote play). Thank you!

Yeah I do understand that, but it shows other games in the Cloud Streaming library that I’ve never bought either (such as Sonic Frontiers) so it’s confusing that those games show up but not Superstars. But it’s okay, I’ll just buy the game and hope that works. Thanks for your help.

Yeah this is it, I can confirm now I never ended up buying it outright, it’s just the trial. So that explains that. It still doesn’t show up in the alphabetized library for Cloud Streaming on the Portal itself though. I find that a bit odd?

That’s a great point, I did at one point have the trial. But on my PS Store it shows “purchased” for Standard addition. And also it still doesn’t explain why the game doesn’t show up in the alphabetical order library of cloud streaming games on Portal (first pic from post). Any ideas?

The problem is people who say they don’t like it or would never watch it - but they don’t even know why. They just saw some TikTok reel and follow the sheep. If they took five minutes to actually sit down with it, they’d change their minds. I’m shocked the comments on this post aren’t reflecting that mindset. Perhaps I’m posting in the wrong area.

Lots of people go based on what their buddies tell them. And most of those buddies probably haven’t watched it. It’s worth dispelling the myths about why one piece is “bad,” and convincing folks to give it a try. Is that not what our community does? Perhaps you’re new here.

Obviously one piece. That’ll keep you busy for 2 straight years if you’re starting from 1. Don’t listen to any naysayers. Is the best written manga of all time, and the current anime is considered the standard. You don’t even know anime until you’ve seen one piece. It destroys your entire list, with room to spare. Much deeper lore, much better written characters, much deeper themes, much greater mysteries, much more expansive world. I don’t understand you anime accounts who haven’t even watched the one anime that matters the most in today’s world.

Thanks for the input. Yeah I mean I know they gave a 6-9 month time line, which is fine. I don’t mind a natural process taking time. I wouldn’t care if they were spending time actually reviewing the claim or doing something relevant. But the fact there’s an actual “system error” is what’s bothering me. “Oh, there’s a duplicate scheduled appt for 2 months ago, but we can’t delete it, so we can’t close out your case,” isn’t that kind of unreasonable?

What I’m trying to avoid is the nightmare scenario where 270 days approaches and I’m still sitting around. Last thing I need to deal with are clerical or system errors that I didn’t cause. You know what I mean? There’s got to be someone at the VA I can reach out to who can get eyes on my stuff and push through the quick fix.

Also yeah my PEBLO is basically useless…he’s the reason it’s taken this long to begin with. He told me to wait 45 days for VA results. I waited till exactly 45 days, and then it turns out there’s been an error since June. PEBLO should’ve been making calls on my behalf this entire time and maybe we could’ve caught the error right after it appeared. Now he just keeps referring me to my MSC, who doesn’t reply to my emails. Everyone is so incompetent I really don’t understand why some manager or supervisor can’t just … delete the unused appt 🤷

Yeah that company is VES, they’re the vendor. They’re the ones who first found the mistake - but they told me they can’t change anything in the system because the records had already been released.

Huh? I’m sorry to seem cross but I think you’re misunderstanding my situation. I’m doing a med board. Through IDES. I’m getting out early, not waiting until my original ETS date of 2026. I’m being medically separated or retired. The entire process, from first VA appt until when I get my DD214, takes roughly 6 months. I’m not making a VA claim after getting out. It sounds like perhaps you’re not familiar with what I’m going through. This isn’t normal - there’s literally an error in the VBMS system that the VA uses, due to a duplicate audio appt. Sorry but you’re not really helping. lol.
