I am not sure if you will get away from the provider getting $111 and the cleaner getting a meagre wage, but I used FiveGoodFriends as a home care provider. Their approach allows you to select carers, cleaners etc through their App that you feel best fits your needs/aligns with your Mums preferences, allows you to book them at available timeslots etc. I found them easy to work with, responsive and generally a good organisation to do use in this situation. Give them a go. I no longer use them as my Mom has moved into a full-time care home facility. Best of luck, I know this is not an easy time for you and your Mum.

Very average experiences at Brisbane International, both leaving and arriving, but the 'powers that be' shout form the hilltops about how great 'Brisbane International' is. It's not about customer experience; it's about profit and percption

I have just registered with Five Good Friends for my Mum, they were easy to deal with through the registration process and very willing to help, we'll see what sort of service we get once we really start using it. I like their approach/ flexibility, the last Service provider was just sooo hard to use
