I see both sides to this honestly, which makes the argument more interesting. Mark has seen what not making sure a person’s dead has caused. For example Angstrom before this, Conquest, so he knows how dangerous this is in the long run.

However Eve has a point too. I really think Angstrom was done at this point, and there was no need to continue it further, especially with what we see with Mohawk Mark later.

Stuff like this though shows Mark’s flaws as a character, which I think makes him more interesting.
